The CENPA telephone list is updated for every personnel arrival or departure and is made available online at https://www.npl.washington.edu/cenpa-users (business login required). If required, you can print out a hard copy at https://www.npl.washington.edu/print/cenpa/users/print.
Every quarter, a draft of the updated phone list is placed on the counter outside the front office, with a red pen. An email to the cenpa-all list (Email lists) announces that the list is ready for markup. All CENPA personnel are expected to look at the list and make sure that their information (including an alternate telephone number) is correct. If you spot an error in your own listing or in someone else's, annotate the paper with the red pen. The corrections will be incorporated into the final phone list for the new quarter.
Old copies of the phone list should not be kept: there is too much potential for confusion if you accidentally use the wrong contact information. Because the lists contain personal information, they must be shredded instead of simply being recycled. You can bring your old phone lists to the front office for shredding.
